- Questions and Exercises exploring the feelings, emotions and thoughts generated by your self-limiting core beliefs.
WEEK THREE
- Recorded Reading: “Releasing and dissolving the residual energy of old self-limiting beliefs.”
- Recorded Guided visualisation.
- Questions plus Exercises liberating you from your self-limiting beliefs and their residual energy.
WEEK FOUR
- Recorded Reading: “What is Intuition?”
- Recorded Guided Visualisation
- Questions and Exercises exploring Intuition and how to recognise it more clearly as you liberate yourself from the restraint of your self-limiting beliefs.
- Completion of Course. Bringing all our tools together.
